High blood pressure is a problem that many people don’t even think about until it’s right upon them. Maybe you’ve been diagnosed with high blood pressure, or perhaps you’re one of the few that is looking at prevention. I’m starting to think about prevention because I’m watching my father have so many problems with his blood pressure.
