High blood pressure is a problem that many people don’t even think about until it’s right upon them. Maybe you’ve been diagnosed with high blood pressure, or perhaps you’re one of the few that is looking at prevention. I’m starting to think about prevention because I’m watching my father have so many problems with his blood pressure. Of course, for all I know, as a smoker, I already have high blood pressure problems.
There are foods you and I need to know more about that are good for helping to lower blood pressure. What are they? Well, there are more than you might think. One of them is soy beans of all things. I haven’t heard many positive things about soy beans lately, until now. It’s not just soy beans that are helpful though, as you should also add oatmeal to your diet. For your third food, make sure you plate up those green beans.
As you can imagine, there are more foods that make the list of foods that lower blood pressure. I’ll give you some more of them as a bonus. Make sure you eat plenty of peas, yogurt, kiwi and spinach. What a combination, right? Also check out docoop.com for more amazing tips.
